If you have entered an incorrect or an incomplete address, we are not liable. Please ensure you double check the shipping details as if it is an error on your end we will not be able to refund you.
We understand that not every product works for everyone and it is a process of trial and error. If you are unhappy with our products, please email us at: enquiries@seed2soil.com.au. We will respond as soon as possible. We will try and solve the problem however if we cannot, no hard feelings on our end. If we spot someone exploiting our policy, we reserve the right to reject future orders.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned with their packaging in original condition.
